Below are the different reports for Adventurer clubs to complete. Reports can be found under Docs & Downloads or you can select the heading to obtain the report. Adventurer clubs do not use a point system to earn yearly conference-wide trophies. Recognition is given to all clubs that participate in conference activities.
NEW CLUB INFORMATION REPORT (Adv New Club Info_fillable)

YEAR-END NORTH AMERICAN DIVISION (NAD) REPORT (SECC Year End Report.fillable)
A great deal of emphasis is placed on the NAD year-end report. This information is used by the NAD Youth Ministries Department, Union and Conference personnel to determine what is needed to strengthen the Adventurer program. It is vital that your information be as accurate as possible. If your staff keeps weekly records of parent and child attendance, awards earned, family network meetings and investitures, this report is easy to complete at the end of year. This report is due July 1st with a deadline by July 31st.
This report should be sent to Youth Ministries immediately following investiture.
