The Bloom Conference is an annual teen girls retreat for high school aged girls in the SECC held during women’s history month in March. The purpose of this retreat is to empower the young women of our conference to know their God-given identity in today’s age.
Bloom 2025 will be held at Camp Cedar Falls in the San Bernardino Mountains from Friday, March 7 through Sunday, March 9. The event is open to 9-12th graders who attend with an approved youth pastor/leader/sponsors. All sponsors must be AB506 cleared.
Cost for Bloom 2025:
Early Bird: $95 Jan 10-Jan 24
Regular: $120 Jan 24- Feb 15
Late: $150 Feb 16- Feb 23
Travel and supervision is the responsibility of the church group. All churches must provide medical clearance waivers signed by each youth’s parent in order to attend.
Churches will be billed by SECC after Bloom for the amount of students and adults registered by the deadline. No additional registrations can be added after the deadline of February 23. Cancellations after the deadline will be charged the full rate of the date the participant registered.
Supply list: Attendants should plan to bring bedding/sleeping bag, pillow, appropriate attire for three days, closed toed shoes, a water bottle, towel, and necessary toiletries. Church attire is not necessary. All youth must also submit a medical waiver to their leader. A nurse will be in attendance all weekend.
Each church group is expected to provide one adult sponsor (females only) per 10 youth. All adults who attend must register with their church group and must be fully vetted. Attendants are expected to follow the guidelines of Camp Cedar Falls and the Southeastern California Conference. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave without refund.
We are excited to announce our speaker for this year’s Bloom to be Pastor Samantha Peralta! She is the Directing Pastor for the Growing Together Sabbath School Curriculum. She comes with several years of ministry experience where she has been able to mentor children, youth, and adults. We know she will be able to share and empower all Bloom attendees through her powerful messages!
