The Bloom Conference is an annual teen girls retreat for high school aged girls in the SECC held during women’s history month in March. The purpose of this retreat is to empower the young women of our conference to know their God-given identity in today’s age.
Bloom 2026 will be held at Pine Springs Ranch from Friday, March 6 through Sunday, March 8. The event is open to 9-12th graders who attend with an approved youth pastor/leader/sponsors. All sponsors must be AB506 cleared.
Cost for Bloom 2026:
Early Bird: $135 Jan 19-Jan 26
Regular: $160 Jan 27- Feb 10
Late: $185 Feb 11- Feb 23
Travel and supervision is the responsibility of the church group. All churches must provide medical clearance waivers signed by each youth’s parent in order to attend.
Churches will be billed by SECC after Bloom for the amount of students and adults registered by the deadline. No additional registrations can be added after the deadline of February 23. Cancellations after the deadline will be charged the full rate of the date the participant registered.
Supply list: Attendants should plan to bring bedding/sleeping bag, pillow, appropriate attire for three days, closed toed shoes, a water bottle, towel, and necessary toiletries. Church attire is not necessary. All youth must also submit a medical waiver to their leader. A nurse will be in attendance all weekend.
Each church group is expected to provide one adult sponsor (females only) per 10 youth. All adults who attend must register with their church group and must be fully vetted. Attendants are expected to follow the guidelines of Pine Springs Ranch and Southeastern California Conference. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave without refund.
Pastor Amalia was born and raised in southern California. At the age of twelve, she felt the call to ministry and has since studied and worked in Alabama, Michigan, and Florida. Amalia currently pastors at the Palm Coast Seventh-day Adventist Church in Florida and is engaged to her loving fiancé, Chaplain Josemiguel Marin. Amalia loves reading, writing, walking, and capturing stories of a perfect God loving imperfect people like her.

Bloom 2025 will be held at Camp Cedar Falls in the San Bernardino Mountains from Friday, March 7 through Saturday, March 9. The event is open to 9-12th graders who attend with an approved youth pastor/leader.
The cost for Bloom 2024 is $85/person. An Early Bird rate of $65/person will be available until January 22. Cost includes lodging, meals, program, and a gift bag filled with goodies.
