Although the conference office is open to the public, we ask that you email your order in advance to process. Arrangements can be made to either pick your order up at the conference or have it shipped.

Busy Season Notice: During peak seasons for club activities, completion of orders may take longer to prepare. There are two major busy seasons for club ministries:
Because we are a large conference, we ask that you submit your orders as early as possible while keeping in mind the possibilities of delays during these times of the year.

After the order form is complete, please email the form to youth.student@seccsda.org or fax to (951) 509-2399. Currently, we only accept Microsoft Excel files. PDFs, Numbers, or images are not accepted.
Please allow up to 4-5 business days (Monday through Thursday) to process orders. Orders are processed as received and will be processed in a timely manner.
Orders can be shipped or picked up.
Orders will be shipped via USPS and can be shipped to either a street address or PO Box.
Orders being picked up will need to schedule a date (Monday-Thursday) and window (morning or afternoon) for pick up. The contact information of the person picking up the order (name, email, & phone) should be included on the form or in the email when submitting the order so arrangements can be made.

The church will be invoiced for the order. If a church cannot be invoiced, payment arrangements must be made with SECC Club Ministries Department. Please check with your church and make sure you have authorization.
